The introduction of wireless communication has come into existence in many years ago and since from them it is being developed by the team of researchers and scientists as it has been considered the most essential medium of transmission of information from one device to other devices.

This technology does not require any cable or wire or any other electronic conductors for transmitting information through air as it uses electromagnetic waves such as: IR, RF and Satellites etc. in today’s world of technology, this technology is providing us the variety of wireless communication devices like smart phones, computers, tabs, laptops, printers etc.

Here are a few advanced wireless communications which have become an essential part of various lives in order to communicate without the need of any wires:

  • Satellite Communication: This is that type of communication which allows users to stay connected almost anywhere on the earth as it is spread widely all over the world. As soon as the signal is sent near the satellite, the signals amplify by the satellite as well as it sent them back to the antenna receiver located on the surface of the earth.

  • Infrared Communication: In this type of wireless communication, the information is communicated in a device or system with the help of IR Radiation which is an electromagnetic energy at a wavelength and longer than that of red light. It has any uses such as: security controlling, TV Remote controlling and short range communication. IR radiation lays between microwaves a visible light in this energy.

  • Broadcast Radio: It is the open radio communication and one of the first wireless communications that seeks out widespread use and serves a purpose nowadays. A user is able to speak over short distances with the help of handy multi-channel radios and on the other hand, communication services are offered by the various bands and maritime for sailors.

  • Wi-Fi: It is used by various electronic devices like smart phones, laptops etc as it is a low power wireless communication. This technology uses a router in order to work as a communication hub wireless. Through this network, the users are able to connect only within close proximity to a router. This technology is very common in all networking applications as it affords portability wireless.

  • Mobile Communication System: The advancement in the field of mobile network has benefitted generations as by a single frequency band, many users communicate on mobile phones. Cellular and cordless phones are the two major advances which makes use of wireless signals as they possess a large range of network in order to provide coverage.
